At Geelong Boxing Club we offer group sessions each and every day. Our group sessions are designed to cater to all levels of fitness and experience. They will challenge a seasoned athlete and be the burst of energy someone just beginning their health and fitness journey needs!

Group Sessions Include:

  • CARDIO BOXING
  • KICKBOXING/MUAY THAI

At Geelong Boxing Club, training in a group is NOT a competition. It has nothing to do with who finishes first, who lifts the most weight or whose kicks are the highest and hardest.

We are not in a ‘competition mode’ mindset every time we step in to the gym – and we find we get the best results that way because each individual can just focus on themselves and their own progress without being preoccupied with what everyone else around them is doing.

The collective energy of Group training is invaluable. Day after day we witness the way in which it gives members the extra encouragement and boost they need to get to the gym and get through a session.

Training with others at Geelong Boxing Club is never intimidating – you are stepping into a supportive environment and training alongside people who have positive attitudes!

Maximum Motivation

We have loud, upbeat popular music cranking in every session – you will probably find yourself singing along! Our coaches are relentlessly energetic and always have energy to share with you. Good vibes are contagious and we are committed to sharing them daily. While training is not a competition, keeping your energy high to match those around you can be a great source of inspiration to keep going even when you start to get tired!

Smarter Structure

If you are investing time and energy into going to the gym – make sure it is time well spent!  
Our group sessions are designed to deliver results and are carefully planned by our coaches. Whether your goal is to to build strength, improve your fitness, learn specific skills, lose weight or tone your body – we will be able to guide you in selecting the session that is right for you !
