- Get a Personal Trainer!!
Your Personal Trainer will design your one-on-one training – taking into account your specific goals, timeframe, body shape and what you enjoy doing! Our coaches will be able to ensure you are training in a way that will bring you the results you want! For our brides to be a combination of boxing, weight lifting and conditioning is a recipe for success! A small waist and defined, toned arms – YES PLEASE!
Working with a trainer will ensure you remain accountable and motivated.
- Schedule your training Sessions – and be held accountable!
There is no way you would miss a dress fitting, or an appointment with a caterer! Committing to our schedules group training sessions means you wont be able to make to miss your appointment with exercise either!! Schedule your training sessions and commit to them! Having confirmed, designated times for training sessions each week will allow you to remain organised and committed to your results!
You will meet our friendly, motivated members and they will hold you accountable to your weekly goals and ensure you stay on track for results – even when your mind is on centerpieces and bouquets!
