COVID -19 UPDATE: JULY 2020

The health and safety of our members remains at the forefront of our mind and as the number one priority within our business.

We are asking all members that are currently working Inside Melbourne Metro & Mitchell to come forward so that we can process a membership suspension while restrictions are in place in these areas.

 

We also ask any members that are not working themselves but are in direct contact with anyone that travels inside Melbourne Metro or Mitchell to also come forward so that we can process a suspension.

 

This means if you work inside Melbourne Metro or Mitchell you will need to suspend your membership.

If your partner or anyone that lives in your household works in Melbourne Metro or Mitchell you will need to suspend your membership.

 

Should you have any other reason to believe that you should have a suspension processed due to Covid-19 related matters, please come forward and your suspension will be processed immediately.

Members that are suspended due to covid-19 related restrictions will still have unlimited access to our Members online home workout hub throughout their suspended period.

 

Suspensions can be made by email, direct message or by phone.

Suspensions will remain in place until travel restrictions in these areas are lifted as advised by Government officials.

We thank you in advance for your cooperation and the precautions you are all taking to ensure each of our members can access the gym feeling safe.

These are unusual times and it genuinely feels somewhat awkward to ask our beloved members to come forward and process a suspension. However, we would much rather feel awkward in asking you to do what is right, than regretful for not making any decision at all.

 

This is effective immediately.
