There is no need to book in to attend any of our sessions at Geelong Boxing Club. Our doors are always open for you whenever you feel like jumping in on any of our group session.
We love welcoming new faces into the gym and want to make sure your first experience at Geelong Boxing Club is amazing!
We recommend that you show up a bit early so that you have plenty of time to fill in your guest for and then we can show you around and make sure you have been introduced to the coach and other members. Its really important to be ready to participate when the sessions start because our coaches give a full run down on the sessions and will be able to assist you in making any modifications you need to suit your current condition.
Is Strength and Conditioning For You?
If you like to have lots of variety when you exercise, strength and conditioning sessions at Geelong Boxing Club can help you to keep motivated. No two sessions are EVER the same!
We are not into competing with each other, but we do all push each other to give it a good crack!
There are many ways that we can modify our sessions to suit all levels of fitness and experience – and we go out of our way to ensure everyone is well taken care of (and getting a great workout)
