Geelong Boxing Club Running Crew is my genuine offering to our community – I know the experience is transformational. I am definitely not a professional runner, but over the last decade I have studied running obsessively as I prepared for and successfully completed a number of half and full marathons in Australia and the USA.

The programming delivered in Geelong Boxing Club Crew is tried and tested and is scalable to all fitness levels – from elite athletes to complete beginners.

WE INVITE YOU TO JOIN GEELONG BOXING CLUB RUN CREW ROUND THREE!

Over a three month period, together we will prepare to complete a 21km half marathon ! 
The program has been designed to prepare members to complete the 2019 Melbourne Half Marathon on October 13th in Melbourne. You will need to register for your own entry into this event before our training program begins on July 7th.

You will be training three times a week and each day will focus on a different style of training. Training will be completed in your own time to suit your schedule and lifestyle.

The most important thing to understand is that although we will all be working towards the same goal – you will be training based off your own experience and ability, there are no requirements for speed.

This program will support you in cultivating a strong mindset, banishing poor habits and eliminating the excuses that have held you back up to this point.

Undeniably, a 21km half marathon is a HUGE challenge – but that is what will make this experience so transformational and so worthwhile! 

I am willing to bet you may never have worked consistently towards something of this nature over a three month period – you will be truly amazed what your body is capable of!
