Is it a bird ? Is it a plane? No, its a SUPERSET

Time in the gym is never wasted time! However, we know often our members are pressed for time – and it is for this reason we are committed to ensuring we are programming quality sessions that allow you to be confident that your time in the gym is time well spent!

Our strength and conditioning sessions are so popular because they are never the same – and never boring ! They will keep your body guessing and ensure you are smashing through plateaus!
We often like to include supersets in our programming – as always, there is method to our madness!

To put it simply, a Superset involves completing two exercises, back-to-back, one after the other (with little or no rest time between each exercise). One example of one type of superset would be doing a set of reverse grip pull ups and then backing it up with tricep dips. Our aim is to always cram as much as we can into our sessions to ensure we are delivering results to our members – supersets are a great way to achieve this!

We design our supersets to burn more calories and increase performance – they are most definitely challenging but will give you the most bang for your buck!
