Ohhhh yes my friend. We arent strangers to running programs - in fact, its something thats been delivered through us for over a decade now and we have supported COUNTLESS people in learning to hate running a little less (and achieve some pretty incredible finish line moments too)
As our gift to you we are offering up an UPDATED version of our 7km running program AND reactivating our community hub on facebook to offer you the support of accountability from people sharing the journey with you AND coaching from Lena Moxon online throughout!

As a member of the Geelong Boxing Club, you're already familiar with the power of discipline and dedication. Now, we're excited to invite you to embark on a new journey with us – whether you have NEVER run before or are looking to be supported in staying consistent (or improving your self talk and attitude around running) you are welcome to join us!
PROGRAM BEGINS DECEMBER 1st - this is a GREAT time to start because you will build positive momentum behind the intentions you have for yourself in 2024!
Whether you're a running newbie or a seasoned pro, our program will build your fitness, strength, and stamina. In 10 weeks, we'll complete a virtual 7km fun run together (details to come!)
HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS:
- Every Friday, your weekly training plan will drop on this group page. It's simple to follow – just follow through!
- Complete the program in your own time, indoors on a treadmill, or outdoors.
- Two sessions per week, and you choose the days.
