We teach our passion! Its our mission statement here at Geelong Boxing Club – and a way of living ! We make time only for the things that set our souls on fire and surround ourselves with people who are equally as passionate and positive!

El leads our yoga sessions and is inspirational in so many ways ! Apart from being obviously very fit – here are some fun facts about our girl!

WHAT MOTIVATES YOU TO STAY FIT AND HEALTHY?

I have always been active since a little kid. From being a runner in my childhood, in to my teens and to adulthood. I have always thrived on fitness. I love the way I feel when I am healthy and fit. And any steps I take towards that, helps me to keep motivated.

WHAT DAILY HABITS BOOST YOUR ENERGY?

I try to do some physical activity everyday. Where it be a run, a gym session, a dog walk or a yoga class. Activity boosts my energy and it contributes to my daily life.

WHAT IS ALWAYS IN YOUR FRIDGE?

Stock full of veggies galore and handy healthy meal preps, for those nights I don’t feel like cooking.

WHAT DREW YOU TO YOGA?

I was always interested in practicing Yoga as a teen. From the moment I started doing it. I fell in love with Yoga. I always said I would love to teach my passion. And now I am here.

WHAT MAKES YOU PASSIONATE ABOUT TEACHING YOGA?

I love seeing my clients and members doing a Yoga class that I designed. The way they move and seeing the benefits of Yoga whilst instructing. I love all the people I meet. I love how people are so grateful and thankful after you teaching a class. Just a smile makes teaching the whole class worth it ❤

IF YOU ARENT DOING YOGA – WHAT WOULD WE FIND YOU DOING?

RUNNING of course!! Training, spending time with family and friends, beach dates, coast trips, brunching and just making the most of everyday!
