Member Spotlight: Jacinta Condro

We have been known to say – we are the gym for people that hate gyms! We pride ourselves on presenting a unique experience in a supportive, uplifting environment that will motivate even the most hesitant gym go-er! 

Jacinta’s experience is living proof of that – and we are so proud of the way she has slowly but surely improved her fitness, confidence and commitment! 

As a proud mother and wife – Jacinta knows that time spent away from her family needs to be time well spent, and we are humbled that she makes time each day to train here with us at Geelong Boxing Club!

We are so happy to be sharing her story because we know it is completely relatable to most people and a beautiful example of how you can begin at your own pace -give whatever you have got because its always enough! 

Jacinta’s Experience At Geelong Boxing Club
When I joined Geelong Boxing Club I started doing 1 class a week because I like to mix up my exercise routine and that’s all I could handle at the time. I began to see results and improvement in my fitness so I slowly increased my training to  2 per week, 3 per week and now totally addicted and do 4-5 sessions per week !

I love the mix of strength and conditioning, and that each day is structured and dedicated to a different muscle group. You never get bored!

My goals are to be toned, strong, fit and healthy. Geelong Boxing Club has the whole package for me, classes, culture, environment, atmosphere, and the people are all amazing!  Every class is hard and pushes you to your limits!
