September Super Session

ITS ON!

We have a HUGE morning planned to kick off September at Geelong Boxing Club. We invite all members to join us on what is always guaranteed to be an EPIC morning!

Our Super Sessions are infamous for being the perfect mix of insanity and fun!

We will be running 4 events on the day & look forward to showcasing the very best of what we offer here at Geelong Boxing Club!

7:00am – Our RUNNING CREW have spent the last 10 weeks working towards running 10km on this day and we invite you to run along side them! The more energy and support they have the better the run will be!

The 10km run will be FREE for all participants!

9:30am – Our Boxing and Conditioning mash up will see us throwing anything and everything at you in a 60 minute HIIT style workout! It will be suitable for all fitness levels – but it will be a BIG session!!

The mash up session is FREE for members and just $10 for guests!

10:45am – Nutrition Seminar with Lena: ITS BACK!! THIS IS AN OPPORTUNITY NOT TO MISS !

Due to popular demand, we are once again running our Nutrition Seminar here at Geelong Boxing Club.

Lena runs a 45 minute seminar that clearly teaches you the things you need to know to start eating for results! This isn’t a set diet plan – its the principles you need to understand to take control of your body!

With a decade of experience in designing nutrition and training plans that guarantee results, Lena has already helped many of our members drop weight and get better results than they have ever had!

11:30am – Steve Moxon will also be leading a sparring session. This session is by invite only. Further details to follow over the next few weeks. But all are welcome to watch the action!
