Setting Intentions For The Month Ahead

Your time is important to you and to me – so each time I send an email I make it my mission to make sure that time spent here with me in digital form is time well spent. So STRAP YOURSELF IN because the full force of my energy is coming at you today. Im sharing free events, workshops, training programs and some powerful tips on intention setting for this month!
HELLO MARCH! What could this month bring you? After a somewhat RIDICULOUS start to the year that saw us get married and visit two countries in two months, deliver 4 Masterclass Presentations around Victoria, record our 50th episode of the Moxon Weighs In Podcast (SUCH A BIG MILESTONE FOR US!!) and welcome in 24 new faces to our amazing community here at Geelong Boxing Club… we needed to take a minute, to take a breath and realign ourselves to our intentions for the month ahead.
For us, it is about stretching, expanding, and reaching new levels. Can you feel that energy too?
Are you ready to ground yourself in the progress you want to make in 2020?
March feels like a fresh shift. It has energy of abundance, ease and connection. We are delivering our Free Women’s Wellness Event and kicking off the 5th round of our 10km Running Program this month. Both are completely FREE and we are excited for what may very well be our most abundant month to date. We value connection and community above all else and cannot wait to deliver these experiences to you.
So, with all that being said – WHAT ARE YOU INTENTIONS FOR THIS MONTH?
Its definitely not too late to bring clarity to what you are calling in for yourself this month.
Every month I sit in front of a piece of paper and I write out everything I am calling in for the month ahead of me. In any and every area of my life. It doesn’t take me long, and honestly – some months are more exciting than others.
Heres the trick : Make sure it doesn’t feel like you are just writing a to do list for yourself. YAWN. Noone wants more things to do. Your intentions are not just a list of things to do – they are about who you are BECOMING.
The things we put on our intentions list make very well be the things that make us more vibrant, energetic, better empowered to live a fulfilled, purposeful life. Put it somewhere that you can see it and align yourself to it every day for the next month – and see what happens!!

Oh… one more thing! Someone recently gave me a great idea. Whenever you receive something from that list, highlight it! Reaffirm how strong your intention setting really was!
