To our valued Geelong Boxing Club community,

We are excited to announce an UPDATED TIMETABLE that we believe will best serve our members. The changes made have been a result of feedback from members and attendance in specific group sessions. Please take a moment to review the new group session times.

NEW TIMETABLE BEGINS SATURDAY JUNE 1st, 2019.

We believe these changes will provide members with greater opportunities to attend more sessions and deliver sessions that cater to the needs and wants of our community.

We have offered variety throughout the day that we know will support you in maintaining motivation and getting results!

Please note that in the afternoon, the gym will be open from 4:30pm-7:30pm with sessions run at 5:30pm and 6:30pm. This is to allow more time for members to leave work and make it to the gym in time for group sessions.

We have removed Muay Thai Kickboxing sessions and will be instead offering boxing based cardio workouts. These sessions have been specifically designed by us to deliver an effective full body, cardio workout suitable for all levels of experience. Box & Burn combines the fun and adrenaline of punching a boxing bag with bodyweight movements and resistance training.

Boxing Tech group sessions will offer a great workout and the chance for members to master the sweet science of boxing.
