This HIIT-style session builds speed, power, and endurance. You'll push yourself hard for short bursts, then recover before hitting it again! Expect to push, pull, jump, row, and much more to keep things exciting and challenging.
- No contact – this session is for fitness, not fighting.
- Suitable for all levels of fitness.
- Boxing gloves provided or available for purchase at the front desk.
It's the perfect mix of cardio and strength training to make you feel strong and confident!
